Internal. For everyone at SAGEN Technologies.
Two things.
Know the company. After reading it you understand what SAGEN is, what problems it solves, what it sells, how the services and the product actually work, and what SAGEN can and cannot claim.
Present it accurately. Sales, marketing, founders, and anyone who speaks about SAGEN outside the company use the same language, make the same claims, and answer hard questions the same way.
This book is the source of truth for how SAGEN is described externally. A claim in a deck, on a slide, or in a meeting should be traceable to it. A claim that is not here should not be made there.
Read chapters 1 to 4 in order on your first week. They are the book.
Chapter 5 is a technical appendix for engineers and technical presenters. Read it if you will be asked how the product works underneath.
Come back to chapter 4 before any external meeting.
Pricing, contract terms, and commercial boundaries are not covered. Ask the founders.
Section 5.8 is a dated snapshot of engineering state. If its date is old, ask rather than quote.
If you find something in this book that contradicts what you saw in the product or on the website, say so. One of them is wrong and it matters which.
These appear throughout and are stated the same way every time.
We identify, explain, prioritize, and verify. The customer implements.
Missing evidence is not proof of safety.
What SAGEN is, who we serve, and how work starts.
Compliance and cybersecurity, secure software, and AI systems.
The product, end to end.
Language, claims, and the hard questions.
Architecture and implementation, for engineers.
The words we use, and what each one means.
